 Yes. Right now, it is problematic to backup and restore an XS because of
 the idmgr-to-user-accounts mapping.

 We need either

  - a script to re-create the user accounts based on idmgr data
  - change idmgr's "user management" to a pam-pgsql or nss-pgsql
