Comment:

 Closing this one, it's not Moon specific and though I do still
 occasionally see activities in the update list right after running an
 update, my assumption for the behaviour is that these are downloads that
 didn't make it down in during the update (e.g. misc
 wireless/internet/network issues). 2nd download attempt on any remaining
 strays has always worked for me so far. 'Wontfix' because I can't fix the
 internet ;-) but perhaps should be a UI feature request for showing update
 failures (an error flag that triggers a 'some updates failed to download,
 please try again' message)?
