Comment:

 The command to use is 'sugar-launch' with the Activity-name as a
 parameter.

 You did not specify which build you wrote #9189 against.  The 'sugar-
 launch' command is failing in recent builds.  In 9.1 (Joyride), the
 interface to the activity-registry seems to have changed, and the CLI
 commands appear not to have been updated to match that new interface.
 [See for example #9049.]

 [[BR]]But I just tested against 8.2.1 (staging-8), and 'sugar-launch'
 failed there, too (with a UnicodeDecodeError when accessing the activity-
 registry).
