 I am now applying a bypass in F10 Joyrides, which has so far allowed my
 ethernet connection to be "reconstituted" following suspend/resume ----
 Whenever I install a new build, I manually edit
 /etc/udev/rules.d/70-persistent-net.rules so that the ethernet adapter is
 assigned to 'eth1', and the radio device is assigned to 'eth0'.

 Empirically, the OLPC network software appears to handle the
 if_ethernet_on_eth1 case "reasonably", whereas it handles the
 if_ethernet_not_on_eth1 case "flakily".
