 first edition unit. just uploaded new release software.  was working fine.
 last night it wouldn't shut down.  It's stuck in the computer software
 mode (I'm not a computer person).  Gray screen with numbers and letters,
 code perhaps?  Been like this for over 12 hours.  If I manually turn off
 machine it sleeps but doesn't shut completely down.
