 Access point model number is RBT-4102.  iwconfig reports association but
 no packets are transferred.  The DHCP server, for instance, never receives
 a request.

 Please advise what output I may post to help debug this problem.

 Wifi association with this access point has never worked, under any build,
 with any firmware.  No other machine I've tried has failed to associate.
