 Joyride 2650.  When I click in Home View on the Write Activity icon, the
 launch screen pulses and pulses for a while, then disappears.  There is
 NOTHING unusual logged to .sugar/default/logs - the "Abiword" log just
 stops.  [Running candidate-800 on a similarly configured XO, the "Abiword"
 log keeps on beyond that exact same point - and the Write Activity
 eventually launches.]
