 The D-Link DWL-7100AP and DWL-2100AP access points indicate regressions in
 8.2.1 vs 8.2.0, see:

 I suspect that the no-reconnection-on-boot bug will be reproducible with
 any WPA/WPA2 access point.. this is just the first one that I have tested
 where WPA works reliably on any version.
