 Quanta reported that, after executing "test-all", the Windows XO wireless
 driver is marked with a "failed" symbol in Device Manager and wireless
 networking doesn't work.  I've verified that it also fails with just "test
 /wlan".  Restarting after running the test fixes the problem.
