Comment(by wad):

 No inconsistency.   I test with and without OHMD (automatic power
 management).

 With it turned on, this unit locks up in the first couple of resumes.

 Without it, it runs for several thousand cycles from Linux (until
 something else, i.e. #9928) intrudes.

 From OFW, there doesn't seem to be a problem.

 This unit has been ECOd to have an "OK" power sequence on the WLAN.  It
 built using a motherboard that was one of the most marginal on WLAN power
 sequencing...
