 9865_5.txt looks like #9702 to me:

  * the internal SD card fails to resume, with "mmc2: error -123 during
 resume (card was removed?)"
  * the system subsequently crashes, for obvious reasons (its root
 filesystem just disappeared).

 Wad, please measure the rise time of +3.3V on resume on that unit.

 We can turn on more SD debugging to find out whether the rest of the
 verbose trace is congruent with #9702.

 I don't see how there could be any obvious relation to rtcwake, though
 I'll keep thinking about it.
