 Relates #9636.   We allocate a default tmpfs size, which is a percentage
 of the system RAM.  Making it larger means it is easier to disable the
 system by writing files into it.  Making it smaller prevents use of
 ''yum''.  We can't win this game.  Perhaps the reasons we create it should
 be considered; (a) to make ''olpc-update'' work better by excluding
 certain filesystem trees, (b) to reduce the amount of SD writes.
