 Compare the performance of
 http://dev.laptop.org/~cscott/bundles/Bounce-6.xo on os64 (XO-1.5) vs.
 os10 (XO-1).

 The movement of the ball is much jerkier on the XO-1.5.  Further, the
 movement on the screen "pauses" entirely from time to time on the XO-1.5
 (but not on the XO-1).

 Also, if the cursor is anywhere in the XO-1.5 screen's playing area, it
 flickers horribly.  The amount of time the XO-1.5 cursor is hidden
 approaches the amount of time the cursor is visible.

 [[BR]]There did not seem to be any tickets addressing this particular
 performance situation.  The closest similarities I could find were in
 #9361 (and maybe #9325).]
