Comment:

 Fixed by svn 1635 .  OFW now powers off the machine if the lid stays
 closed for 10 seconds.

 It warns you after 2 seconds with the lid down.  Normally you won't be
 able to see such a warning, but if the lid switch is defective and stuck
 on, the warning will tell you why the machine is about to shut down.  Also
 you can see the warning on the serial port if you have one connected.

 New commands lid-on and lid-off  (default on) enable and disable the
 automatic lid shutdown.
