 Various things (initramfs?, olpc-utils, olpc-session, HAL) rely on DMI
 information to identify the XO.

 This is OK in unsecure mode because our olpc.fth sets up the smbios.

 In secure mode, the latest released firmware (Q2E41) only enables smbios
 for windows booting. So all these things will break.

 in my opinion, best option is to build/release new firmware (the change to
 enable smbios for linux has already been made in svn)
