 Occasionally !OpenFirmware emits a "Page fault" message on the first key
 pressed after the ''ok'' prompt is obtained on power up.

 This appears to be the handling of a command line editing escape sequence,
 and can be induced by typing ESC h just after boot.

 Seen on q3a25 and some earlier versions.
