 Richard says:

 Based on our experience on the line yesterday its both cumbersome and
 confusing to have runin.fth mapped to olpc.fth and the name itself is easy
 to confuse with runin.tar.gz when talking to non-native speakers.

 In the car today we agreed that its best if we rename runin.fth to
 final.fth and that it is called as final.fth rather than olcp.fth

 We don't propose changing this for this build do to the extra confusion it
 would add but for the next build.
