 [[BR]]This probably deserves a separate ticket.  I have *never* been able
 to disconnect from the network using the icon's pop-up menu in the
 Neighborhood View.  And so far in my testing what I seem to remember is
 being able to connect to the network using the icon's pop-up menu in the
 Neighborhood View only when it was another system that was "sending out"
 that network's existence.
