 Meta: Quozl - that's not good bug mgmt practice. Closed bugs must retain
 their "blocks XYZ" entries - rationale:

 - it shows progress (when you look at the "blocked" bug, crossed-over bugs
 vs normal-text bug numbers)
 - it does the right thing if the bug is reopened (without additional work)
 - it means less work for you too :-)
