 The misdirection to d.l.o Trac is due to the OBX devtickets template
 (d.l.o specific), I've created an equivalent OBX SL_devtickets template
 and added it to the Measure page on wiki.l.o.  I have also added the
 template for "Activities migrated to SugarLabs" to the Measure page on
 wiki.l.o.  The real answer is a completed activity migration (including
 the relevant d.l.o Trac tickets), part of the problem is that the old
 d.l.o repos have not been decommissioned after migrations occur.
