 Via has duplicated the problem, or a similar one, using their DOS-based
 test suite.  In their setup, the polling failure occurs (sometimes) when
 the CSW portion of the mass storage "SCSI" transaction is in a separate QH
 from the preceding IN step.  When the IN and the CSW are linked together
 in the same QH, no failures are observed.
