 I just experienced a hang that matches the symptoms of power light on,
 screen dimmed, nothing moving, but doesn't match the symptom of the power
 button doing anything afterwards.  I suspect it was #9836, because I was
 doing wireless stuff at the time -- in the middle of a shared Distance
 activity (not currently measuring, though) and it happened while I got up
 to power-cycle my access point.

 I think we've probably been seeing a mix of B2-no-ECO misbehaviors, and
 #9836.
