 Quanta QA reports that the measure activity doesn't work on XO-1 (CL1A)
 laptops of SK59.  SKU59 has an english keyboard, with a locale tag of
 en_SZ.UTF-8.

 The exact comment was:
  The function of dolphin couldn’t run by short distance for each unit.
