Comment:

 Increasing the priority.   If Quanta QA sees this bug, they will halt
 production, as they feel that a customer will blame it on faulty hardware.

 Changing the action needed.   Please see duplicate bug #9883 for a better
 description of the problem and what needs to be done to fix it.
