#9883: random coloured dots and old frame buffer image on vt1 on idle suspend

Symptom: idle suspend happened, while vt1 was visible, a prior frame
buffer image of vt1 was displayed, with some random coloured pixels spread
evenly over the image. On pressing a key, the laptop resumed, and the
correct current image of vt1 was displayed.

(The prior image was an ''ls /proc/2239/fd'' where 2239 was ohmd. The
current image was the tail of ''dmesg'').

 Context: XO-1.5 os57 q3a20, while testing #9865, on a unit that was
afflicted by the symptom on #9865.

Wad thinks it strongly relates to #9869.
