Comment:

 Tested in os57, symptom as reported by the ticket is fixed; camera can
 work again after suspend and resume whereas previously it did not.
 Closing.

 (The Record activity showed a static image after the resume.  It was
 active at suspend.  The suspend was forced by power button press.)
