#9842: Disabling WOL causes suspend to fail

Comment:
Tested in os55, suspend does happen without anything needing to be done.
If I use ''ethtool -s eth0 wol d'' then suspend does not happen, EINVAL is
returned on write to /sys/power/state, and ''dmesg'' shows a line
''Suspend attempt without configuring wake params!''
Not clear to me if this change to OHM is a workaround and we're waiting
for a kernel fix ... or if we're ready to close this ticket. Next action
''diagnose'' based on my test results, please.
