Comment(by dsd):

 I'll add new branches to the "repos" git repo on mock.laptop.org:

  * koji.dist-f11 - F11
  * koji.dist-f11-updates - F11 updates as of today
  * local.11.0 - snapshot of f11 + f11-xo-1.5 public_rpms as of today

 Our builds include a few packages from updates-testing, I'll put them in
 the updates repo manually as a separate commit. these packages are:

 Then I will update the build system to use these repos. The resultant yum
 repos on the resultant system, in order of priority, will be:

  * local.11.0
  * koji.dist-f11-updates
  * the real F11 updates from fedoraproject.org mirrorlist
  * koji.dist-f11

 F11 updates will be enabled (as above) and updates-testing disabled. but
 we still won't really consider yum usage as something that is part of a
 regular workflow (and it will inversely affect olpc-update, etc).
