Comment:

 Test in os55, user backlight settings should be preserved.

 Testcase:

 1.

  * Set backlight to off
  * Screen should not dim, should suspend
  * Resume
  * Backlight should stay off

 2.

  * Set backlight to very dim (brightness <= 3)
  * suspend/resume should happen without backlight value changing

 3.

  * Set backlight somewhere 7-14
  * backlight should dim to 6, suspend, then restore whichever value you
 chose
