Changes (by Quozl):

  * next_action:  reproduce => diagnose


Comment:

 Reproduced on os54:

  * on one XO, create new wireless network,
  * on the other XO, join the new network,
  * pause, then the two XO icons should be visible on Neighbourhood View,
 (and incidentally IP addresses are assigned and a manual ping will work),
  * start Write activity on one XO,
  * select the ''Share with'' -> ''My Neighborhood'' option.

 Expected result (per the XO-1 build 802 behaviour):
  * the option becomes inactive some seconds after being selected, such
 that it cannot be returned to Private,
  * the activity appears on the Neighbourhood View of both XOs.

 Actual result:
  * the option does not become inactive, it can be returned to Private,
  * the activity does not appear on the Neighbourhood View.
