 OS 54-fresh reboot to Gnome- no suspends

 Launch Cheese Webcam.

 The program opens. The camera gets initiated. Cheese captures the scene
 first seen when the camera gets initiated. That initial scene (photo) is
 displayed in Cheese and never changes.
