 os54, q3a18. reproduced on one machine.

 While using vt1, on leaving the keyboard alone for a couple of minutes it
 drops properly into power saving mode, with the screen still on.  When I
 press a key on the keyboard to come out of that mode, the terminal
 recovers (after a pause and a refresh) but types a stream of that letter,
 as though it were still pressed down, until I type another key to stop it.
