Comment:

 Should be fixed in next build, os54.

 Testcase:

  * turn off power management
  * olpc-update to os54
  * reboot

 When you arrive in os54, power management should (a) show as being turned
 off, (b) no file /etc/ohm/inhibit-idle-suspend should exist, (c) no idle
 suspends should happen
