 i see this was moved to -update.  unless we think we're going to change
 the default config of firefox in a future install, then i think this
 should be moved to wontfix, since it's a browser config issue.  (or maybe
 a scrolling performance issue.)

 (i.e. Browse is using jump scrolling, firefox is using smooth scrolling
 (by default))
