 On XO-1.5, build os48, Turtleart-79:

  - open turtleart
  - drag the pointer slowly over the orange-coloured actions-palette on the
 left of the screen

 When the pointer is over some of the items in the lower 1/3 of the
 palette, the size of the back icon strip at the top of the screen changes,
 making the whole UI jump.
