Comment:

 We need to split this bug

  - On 8.2.2, it must have 8.2.2

  - On the F11 builds, it must have something... that I don't think should
 just be the Fedora identifier. The contents of this file affect sugar-
 update-control, which allows installs/updates of _Sugar_ apps.

 Anyway - splitting the F11 discuccion to #9806 - keeping this one for a
 tiny fix in 8.2.2...
