 Same again, on the same system (SHC93701155). This time, the battery light
 is solid red while the power light is blinking. Disconnecting AC and
 battery doesn't help - it just goes back to the same state after plugging
 in again.

 While waiting for that one to revive itself, I attempted to turn on my
 other B2 (SHC9370111E) and exactly the same thing started happening :(

 After a few minutes, they both booted.

 After only seeing this 3 times it is hard to analyze, but to throw some
 ideas out there: yesterday I upgraded both these to Q3A18, and this
 morning they both see this issue. Possibly related to firmware upgrade.

 The other thing that is common to all 3 times I have seen this is that it
 happens first thing in the morning, after the machines have been off all
 night. It is also cold in this room overnight and when I come to turn them
 on.
