 On an XO-1.5 B3 prototype, running Q3A18 and os48, if I set the backlight
 to off and the system suspends (as it is wont to do), when it resumes it
 always turns the backlight back on.

 It should instead restore the value the backlight had before resume.

 On an XO-1 (running os802 and q2e41), I don't see the same behavior.
