Comment:

 Double oops.   We added the component to fix this problem, but it was left
 depopulated in B2/B3.  Will be present in C1 and later motherboards.

 Moving to test-in-build, as I need to populate R228 with a resistor and
 try build 50 to see if it fixes the problem.
