 This can be tested implicitly by testing #9695 - Windows booting - in
 auto-boot mode with sound volume turned down so far that OFW doesn't play
 the sound at all.  First boot to the ok prompt, then hit the "volume down"
 key a *lot* of times.  Then insert a Windows SD card, power-cycle and let
 it auto-start.

 This bug is fixed if you get any Windows screens at all, such as the safe
 boot screen, the Windows logo screen, or a blue screen.  The manifestation
 of this bug kills the Windows booting process before Windows takes over
 the screen.
