 Perhaps minor finding:

 test-all fails at SD.

 Inserted plastic tab "fake" SD holder and ran test all:

 Results differ from above as follows:

 "SD card did not power up"
 "open sdmmc failed"

 Then the test all continues, rather than stalling, to the end.
