Comment:

 Q3A17 has these features enabled.

 create a mfg tag called "AP" and the unit will try to resume the last
 state it was in when external power was removed.

 create a mfg tag called "CP" and the unit will try to stay constantly
 powered.

 AP == Auto Power
 CP == Constant Power.
