 I have an XO-1.5 B3 w. 800 MHz DDR2 installed, fully ECO'd, which
 occasionally reboots instead of resuming properly.

 It has 1GB installed, and R90 has been removed so that MEM_ID_0 should be
 pulled high to indicate this.

 Running Q3A16 and OS48.

 The board would not pass final inspection: there are solder balls all over
 it.

 Looking at the serial port output, It suspends fine, then instead of +r I
 see +<CR>Forthmacs.
