 On os48 I am seeing a variation of this when coming out of idle-suspend.
 Steps:

  - boot XO, connect to AP
  - open Browse.xo, wait until it dims screen
  - touch a key to awaken
  - During the brightening up of the backlight, the screen switches to a 4x
 magnified version of itself, with distorted colours. Moving the mouse
 around shows the pointer moving correctly.

 A switch to another VT and switch back fixes the problem.
