 On an XO-1.5, running OS48 and Q3A16, when I'm running an activity with an
 on-screen scroll bar and the system suspends, and I wake it by pressing an
 arrow key (once), the scroll bar goes crazy and doesn't stop until
 reaching the limit in that direction.

 This affects both horizontal and vertical scrolling, and is easy to
 reproduce.

 This affects more than one activity (tested with Browser and Read)

 The hardware was a B3 prototype.
