Comment:

 This is due to the supplier of the battery holder using two different
 plastic parts factories. One of the cavity molds in one of its factories
 has aged and caused the parts to become too big to properly hold the
 battery closely. These parts might allow the battery to fall out if the
 laptop is exposed to a large enough impact during

 Quanta QA reacted quickly to this ticket and discovered the root cause
 with the help of the battery holder supplier. They took action to block
 systems it suspected of having the problem from shipping. Units which were
 shipped which might have this problem are:
