 The sig02 format is described in
 http://wiki.laptop.org/go/Firmware_Key_and_Signature_Formats -- when a
 sig02 signature appears signing an act01 lease, we have a 'delegated
 lease'.

 We have support for delegated leases in the 'userland' components (bios-
 crypto, bitfrost, olpc-update-query, XS' OAT server etc).

 OFW checks for a valid lease in early-boot, and this check does not know
 about delegated leases. So currently OFW on an XO with a valid delegated
 lease will see the lease as invalid, and call the initrd with an
 'activate' command.

 A sig02-aware OFW would validate the lease correctly.
