 If we have a nandflash-bb-count command in OFW...

  - Techs in the field can quickly assess the state of a NAND, and give us
 more concrete reports than "lots of red, mate", and without counting the
 tiny blocks on screen by hand.

  - Quanta may be able to include that in QA tests -
