#9435: OFW has 256 char limit on boot paramerters

Attempting to add the boot option "acpi.debug_level=7" to the list of
options in boot-file breaks the boot.

An observation was that this addition makes the boot-file string longer
 than 256 characters.

Increasing the buffer length of boot-file from 256 to 512 does not solve
the problem. A study of the boot processing code reveals that there is a
hard limit of 255 on the strings processed.

We either need to figure out how to shorten our kernel boot options line
or increase the limit in OFW
