#8727: 8.2-766: Upon installing the signed image and connecting to access point,
laptop still tries to connect to mesh

 Upon installing the signed image and connecting to an access point, the
 laptop still tries to connect to a mesh network, with two network icons
 (mesh icon blinking) visible in the bottom of the screen.

 After rebooting the machine, it connects to the access point without
 trying the mesh.

 If we can't fix it now, let put a note into Release Notes.
